Elizabeth Cannon grew up in Ocala and graduated from Forest High School in 1983. She graduated from the University of Florida cum laude in 1987 with a B.S. degree in Computer Science. She returned to UF and graduated with a B.A. degree in English in 1991.

Elizabeth worked in IT prior to joining The Cannon Law Firm.
